A noisy and overexcited reaction or response to something
We pride ourselves on making great coffee extraordinary. We do this through continual barista training and education on everything from the basics of correctly pulling an espresso shot to the dynamics of milk and water chemistry.

There is more to coffee than many other beverages on both quality and ethical levels. At Brew Haha we have developed our Philosophy of Coffee to make sure that we meet the levels of both quality and ethics pertaining to coffee while at the same time helping others to do the same no matter how they make it or where they get it. Thus, we would like to introduce our Philosophy of Coffee and the ways in which Brew Haha is working to make sure that you never have to drink bad coffee.
For us “bad coffee” has a double meaning. Bad coffee to us “means poor in taste and quality.” Coffee that is over-roasted, burnt, or poorly prepared is a waste of a good cup. Coffee should be flavorful and roasted with care to make sure that all the features and flavor notes of each roast are evidently present in every cup of coffee. We feel that the best coffee is roasted and prepared by those that love coffee. That is why we roast our own coffee locally in small batches so that we can focus on the quality and craft of producing great tasting coffee.
We also feel that “bad coffee” also refers to how everyone in the supply chain of that coffee is treated. Historically coffee farmers were not paid what their crop was worth. Many times, they would sell their crop for less than it was worth and even at a loss. Corporate coffee companies would take advantage of these farmers simply to increase their profit margins. This is a practice that must change. To help change those practices Brew Haha investigates the origins of each of the beans that it carries looking for and only using beans that come from the highest of ethical standards. We strive to find suppliers that offer directly sourced beans meaning that the beans are purchased directly from the farmer at an above fair-trade price.
At Brew Haha we feel so strongly about this philosophy that we are continually working to make sure that everyone, no matter how or where you get your coffee you will always have access to good, local, ethical coffee.
