Hosting your event at Brew Haha Coffeehouse provides a warm, charming area that your guests will love to relax and visit. Looking to have a business meeting? We can accommodate those as well. Our Mastin St. location in Overland Park has a 65" HDMI compatible television and free broadband Wi-Fi. The seating capacity is approximately 60 people and perfect for more formal or organized events such as business meetings, baby or bridal showers. Unlimited drip coffee is provide for the duration of the event and the bar will be open for espresso based drinks, tea or other non-coffee options that can be either purchased by your guests of covered by the host at the end of the event. Rental fees for Mastin are $150 deposit to reserve the spot (which also covers the first hour), and $75 each additional hour. Event rentals are available after regular business hours, which is 5 PM Monday - Friday and 2 PM Saturdays and Sundays.

Our new Shawnee location is perfect for smaller gatherings or come and go events like graduations, birthdays or anniversaries. Shawnee provides a quaint seating capacity of 25 inside, an extended outdoor seating area and plenty of bar space to set up food or other items. Unlimited drip coffee is also provided for the duration of the event and the bar will be open for other drink purchases. The rental fee for Shawnee is $100 deposit/first hour and $50 each additional hour.Event rentals are available after regular business hours, which is 5 PM Monday - Friday and 2 PM Saturdays and Sundays.

At both locations, the fee is refundable if cancelation of the event occurs at least 48 hours in advance. We do not allow setup to begin any earlier than 5 PM on weekdays and 2 PM on weekends. Outside food and drink are permitted during event rentals. Decorations are also allowed however we ask that you don't bring any glitter or confetti (including inside of balloons).
